back!

So,
I'm officially back to the university again after quite a long break, with a couple of travels and some period of silence (meaning: doing nothing).

I've been getting started by catching up with a pile of papers, new colleagues and two coffee breaks a day. I made some friends, if I can say that, and am very happy of the fact that sometimes they pop up in my office just to say hello. I'm still figuring out the direction of my project, but the field itself sounds very challenging and engaging. And with a lot of people here dedicating themselves to the field, the working atmosphere can't be more perfect.

So yeah, I guess I've made a very good decision.
