Uh, that kind of sentences again.
And I also remembered couple months ago, the other one also said almost the same sentences,
"It is fair, right, between what you lose and what you get."
I completely agree that we cannot get everything we want.
Sure.
But how many we can get, however, is about how good you are in managing it.
But, well, again... there are always many factors that are beyond our control.
And one of them is other people.

just now, i read your blog again and found something interesting here. yeah, "people`s expectation".
i called it "the 99% syndrome" case, very interesting. as the human being we should now that the people, originally, has created with constraints and fatigueness. it is humanism.
i agree with bayou (salam kenal) the hardest is managing people, i have proved it in my job, even almost failed. and, i`ve never regret.
hm..managing people..the hardest part of daily life..exactly same as our conversation yesterday..hehe..is it right ta? for many times we talk in YM but what we had yesterday maybe could only happen once in 100 years..haha..so what I can say is just thanks so much for yesterday..for sharing the thing that maybe one of your big secret! You are the greatest in managing your self including your words:) so if you tell me that thing, I'm sure you have a strong reason for it..
Managing people is the hardest part..but for all we had for one year behind could be a good lesson for us..many things we could learn for being a better human from managing people process:)
PS: we never could manage people if we could not manage ourselves..but you have already done it well..so it's just about time and place..when and where you could manage people although it couldnt be 100%..keep being you:)
