Mentari in the baby carrier

Just received a gift from Maria, Tim, Christina and Agnese last week - a baby carrier. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Mentari looooooves it!



We went to a Chinese store in the afternoon and Mentari seemed to enjoy the shopping. Zalfany "wore" her using the carrier. She looked so comfortable in it that she ended up sleeping.

Before we have this carrier Mentari tagged us along in her pram or on her car seat.

The pram is nice when Mentari is sleeping, but not practical at all (unless we only want to take a walk around the place where we live). Imagine that we have to first carry the basket and the wheel to the car (from an apartment in the 2nd floor with no elevator,.. it's heavy, mind you), put them in the trunk, and later on assembly them. And due to its flat position she can only see the sky, and at the moment she doesn't seem to appreciate it too much.

The more practical way is to take her on the car seat, but we need to make sure her comfort. She is still too small to sit comfortably on it so we need to find the best position (my mom usually adds two diapers on her back). The other thing is, unless the shop has a trolley which can fit a car seat like in AH, then it means we have to literally carry her! Good for your muscle, though :)

So, the baby carrier is kind of life safer (haha, OK, I'm exagerating), but really, it saves us so much troubles! And what can be better than being so close to your precious little one?
